Loi Krathong Festival in Chiang Mai, Thailand

Loi Krathong is a special event for the people of Northern Thai. Its origin Sukhothai and spread north and east. The other parts of Thailand celebrate this festival but nothing like in Chiang Mai. Here's the video We went down to the Ping River in Chiang Mai in Thailand for the Loi Krathong festival around dusk. We bought food from vendors is a dark, waiting. More and more people came to float krathongs and shoot fireworks. We started about 9 clock in the evening, as it always was crazyPeople and fireworks. The water parade starts at 10 pm, the parade starts at 6:30 in the Land of the road next to river. Next year's parade video territory. We went home and toured our neighborhood, lit candles, launched Khom Loi ate and drank with our Thai neighbors.
