A long jeep ride to the rugged northern border with Thailand takes you into a world where the past soon. In 2001, Karen, Kayan, or a group of ethnic minorities from Myamar (Burma), captured the country as a refugee in this simple, yet maintain their dignity ... A kaleidoscope of colors combined this basic environment with strikingly clad women selling handicrafts to take pictures, gawking tourists. We had to go with mixed feelings, fear, a zoo ... but what we found were soft, beautiful souls,educated and physically with a great character, and astounding beauty. In recent years, it seems that organizations trying to help them to move and live a normal life ... get rid of money making neck coil, both the warp and exploit them.
